mproving by 1% may seem unnoticeable in the start but it can be way more meaningful if persists over the long run. Let's see how the maths explains it. Getting better by 1 one percent every brand new day for one year, you will end up 37 times better by the end you are done while getting worse 1 percent will you drop you down to zero. Making a choice which is 1 percent better or 1 percent worse may seem insignificant but in the long run these decisions determines who you are and who you could be. It doesn't matters how much successful or unsuccessful you are today. What matters is whether your habits are putting you on right trajectory or not. We put intense pressure on who we want to become instead of what process you should follow to become such person.
